El Parian Mexican Restaurant Eagan

"First time here, stopped to pick up a little something for a late dinner. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! Food was excellent and very generous portions. Tried the Enchiladas Guadalajara - just Wow! What's not to love about cheese Enchiladas covered with pork fajitas?!!! YUM! The pork was flavorful and so tender, the fajita veggies were plentiful, and even the rice was delicious, as was the fresh guacamole salad. I have found a new favorite! Thank you El Parian and thanks also to the sweet young lady who patiently waited on us and neatly packed up our food!"

"We used to go here all the time. Food tastes pretty good. But we will never eat here again after my wife found a hair at the bottom of her chimichangas doing take out. And it wasn’t the first time human hairs have been an issue. One time we asked for a To Go box after eating IN at the restaurant and the to go boxes had hairs all over the containers. It was just GROSS! But the last straw for us was the hair INSIDE the To Go container with food set on top of it. I don’t know where they keep their To Go containers but they are exposed and get dust and hairs all over and then they use them for customers. The other issue about this place is most of them don’t speak any English very well. So there is a huge communication barrier. It’s unfortunate but we will never eat here again."

"I ordered via DoorDash. Food was still warm when I got it. Taste pretty good. Rice and beans were great, what you’d expect from a Mexican restaurant. The nacho sauce was really good and the burrito was what you’d except to keep you coming back."

"It's been awhile since I've eaten at a Mexican restaurant that I felt was not only close to authentic but also very tasty. My friend invited me raving about the food and I will agree, this is the best I've had in MN so far. The service is great and I love that they are no frills. Didn't have a drink but their margaritas looled tasty. The Al pastor tacos were delicious. Still won't beat Guajillos in San Antonio though. If you guys can make tostadas de picadillo I'll have a new fav."

"Clean and open space. Not a very large dinning room but was not over full. The front windows let in a lot of light, and the seats are comfortable. Service was fast, the servers friendly and helpful when asked questions. Food came quickly and was delicious! The price was very reasonable. This will now be my go to Mexican restaurant of choice!"
