"12 pc chicken only, half original and half crispy. Pull up to the window, pay and get a small bucket. Unsure if they got it correct, I check and sure enough, only 8 pieces and all original. How can such a simple order go wrong? Pulled back around and told them of the wrong order and they all look at each other with no response. Horrible service and the chicken was horrible. 30 dollars for small chicken and bad service. Its no wonder KFC closed down so many locations."
