I explained the situation to her about the washer and dryer, after everything was all said and done, I politely said "ok thanks" and she immediately hung up in my face because she didn't like the answer she was given. I will never do business with Home Choice again simply because of her. I'll never do business with any company like this if this is how they act. She really gives Home Choice a bad rep, there's no way your this rude to customers and I'll be reporting her to her higher ups!"

"Been a customer of home for years, they customers service is excellent, except for the assistance manger (Tiffany) she yell at the customer in the store while I making a payment, and when she call. I was informed by her that cooperate doesn't care about anything that happens on the district level. Her behavior as a manager is disgraceful."
"I was shopping for living room furniture and saw the flashing open sign so stopped in. Some crabby old man came from the back after a minute or so and said wasn't the lights a hint.we are closed. I said the blinking open sign seemed to say different. Rude jerk decided maybe he could have been nicer. You think? If you were closed, lock the door. Not worth my time."
