"This place has really gone down hill the last couple of years. I Ordered a bowl. Rice was flavorless, portions are always excessively small and dining area is dirty and messy. They never have silverware, napkins or straws. Also their supplies are in the dining area and that just looks tacky. Staff are friendly and nice. But overall it’s not worth coming to this location."

"Haven't had Chipotle in a while, heard they weren't giving out "full portions" online, and wanted to see what was going on. Looked at the reviews for this particular location, and noticed people were complaining about the cleanliness of the dining room, and the smaller portions. I went on a Friday night, mid dinner rush, and the place looked pretty clean to me. They were out of some spoons, but the tables were clean and the napkins/ lemonade/ straws/ lids were all there. I got a veggie bowl, with a large chip and guacamole. I do remember the guacamole container being full to the brim before(I tried to catch an angle of the fill level for the guacamole in my picture) - same with my bowl. I do remember the entire bottom of my bowl being full also? But it's been at least a year and a half since I've been to a Chipotle, so I'll let you decide because it's been a while. The one thing I will say is wild, is the lady in front of me(Not part of my party, I was just next to her and could hear what was going on) asked for no beans, but extra rice to make up for it. Instead of a substitution, they charged her for the extra rice(instead of subbing the beans for rice) and the customer had a language barrier, and was sort of wondering why she was getting charged, but she went along with it. So I thought I would mention it here because that was kind of weird."

"Quite possibly the worst Chipotle on the planet. If they aren’t screwing up your order, they are out of one of the ingredients. They’ve screwed up the last 5 orders I’ve place there. Tonight when we showed up to pick up our order through the app, they informed us that they were out of both kinds of rice and chips. Don’t worry they offered me extra meat, and told me if I wanted to refund my order that I would need to call customer service. This location is a mess, and gross on the inside too. From now on, we will be driving to a different location if we decide on Chipotle again."

"Made three orders online and the food order was prepared wrong. One was not supposed to have cheese and was missing quac, lettuce, and corn. Another bowl didn’t have any sour cream. I don’t know why these workers can’t follow simple instructions. The place was also piled with trash."

"We had to eat in at this chipotle and boy was the place dirty. Rice all over the floor (this picture was taken after we cleaned the table, before we started eating), all tables were dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. When I brought it up to the manager he said it’s because during rush hour all employees are on deck at the back, but during our 45 minutes there we saw multiple lulls where people were just standing around and could have easily taken a few minutes to clean the place. It’s a small space with just 5-6 tables too. He also said if I needed a table cleaned, I could ask someone. The food did not have the same texture and flavor of the usual chipotle (we’ve eaten at a lot of them)."
