"racist manager working tonight 01/06/2024 at around 830pm! I can’t remember her name but starts with an L! Myself and 4 other women were in the dressing room with multiple items and the manager on duty decided to target the two minority women by asking “if she could take the items that they are buying so they can ACTUALLY pay for them” she was obviously racially profiling the women of color at the store tonight because I have NEVER been asked this and was not asked this while shopping and I had like 6 items. That is just so disrespectful to say. She needs some training and maybe even let go because she not only profiled them but handled the situation by saying there was no manger on duty when the ladies asked for one and then proceeded to laugh in their face! Just disgusting. Do better MOA forever 21! Shame!"
"Walking around the store for 5 minutes to find a cashier or staff. Until we had to go down the lower level and found two staff standing around. We asked if there was anyone working for registration and was told to go back up to the escalator. There were a couple of Young's girls, couldn't tell at all if they were working or shopping . On the first floor clearly didn't knowledge anyone if they wanted help or anything. Finally get someone to the register. Took more time to find a staff then to shop at this store"
"Plus size options, but not the cutest or greatest especially compared to online. Staff is thin and hard to identify who is staff. Lots of clearance but mainly xs, s. Found nice sweaters for my husband. Took a while to get checked out at the register."
