"Caucasian male that opens the store during the week, has no clue what customer service is. makes it seem like everything you’re asking for is too much when all you’re getting is a sandwich. This is the first time I’ve dealt with his feminine attitude. He needs to man up and quit bringing his personal feelings to the workplace. if you work in customer service, at least put your feelings to the side and do your job. if you don’t feel like what you’re doing is worth the pay then you need to find a different job. Customer shouldn’t have to deal with your attitude in the morning just because you clearly don’t want to get up and open the store. Not to mention you barely get there on time to open the store. Last time I went there in the morning I showed up five minutes after you were supposed to be open and you still didn’t get there for another five minutes. Then have the nerve to have attitude if I’m inconveniencing your morning. Needless to say, I will never come back to this location. Your evening crew, do their job correctly. It’s just that one person in the morning. I don’t know what kind of entitled thought process he has, but he needs to get it together."

"The food was exceptionally sensational and the staff are professionally fit to provide adequate food service. Riley went out of his way to make sure that I had the proper toppings and that my bread was crisp. The precise cuts to the bread really show how much they care about properly satisfying everyone that walks through the doors."

"This subway was very good! The employee that helped me was awesome! Only problem I had was with the app. Couldn't order with it. Very irritating!"

"I’m the type to never complain about anything! But today was one of the worst experiences of my life at any restaurant. I came in with my wife for dinner and as soon as we came in their was no in sight! Everyone was in the back. We walked up and a young man comes up confused about what he’s doing. I believe he was new because when I asked for a steak melt he was confused about what I ordered. I asked for my order at least 4 times over and over again. He then asked an older gentleman about the melt. And all he said was put steak and 2 times more of the cheese and walked off. Yet the young man was still confused. Another man came in and skipped my order and began the other mans order. So my wife finally said something about it. And the older man finally came out and made my sand witch. Witch was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever received in my life. I will definitely not be back there ever again. Poor customer service and poor training."
