"I've driven past this place countless times and I'm not normally a deli/cafe food type of person, but tonight I wanted something different for dinner and now I regret not having come here sooner. The food is delicious, everything has great flavor. I got the pick 2 combo with the brisket grilled cheese and southwest potato soup. The soup was very tasty and all the ingredients were flavorful and to be honest it was one of the best soups I've ever had, and I'm not even a huge soup person so that's saying something. The brisket grilled cheese was very tasty too. The combo comes with a nice dinner roll and a chocolate dipped strawberry, and both of those tasted so good too. Everything I ate was just so delicious and flavorful, definitely will be coming back and if you haven't been yet, I suggest you go too! The menu has plenty of options and a wide variety of Sandwiches, Soups and Salads. You'll definitely enjoy what you get!"

"I have to give some critique about the time we were at the restaurant. Although the employees were extremely courteous and the restaurant was overall, very clean, I am critiquing the operation of service. The menu at Zupas is somewhat complex with variety of dishes needing to be prepared. What we experienced was a longer wait time for the meal to be completed, which backed the line up quite a bit. Where I think the greatest improvement can be made is when ordering soup, the soup should be the last thing poured so it does not cool before getting your salad or sandwich. Furthermore, and most importantly, the soup bowl should NOT be placed on top of a cool service area like the employees are used to. All soup being poured was placed on a chilled cabinet for desserts. I felt the top where the food was placed and it was cold. Finally, I believe the manager should set an example for his employees and not refer to customers as “bud” or “dear,” but “sir” or “ma’am”. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and the food tasted good."

"First time eating here and I already want to go back. It was so good. I did the pick 2 and picked a potato soup and a grilled cheese brisket sandwich. Both were really good. They also give you a baguette and a chocolate covered strawberry along with every meal I believe. Super fun, great atmosphere... I'll for sure be back!"

"We ordered off the app today and received $5 off our first order in the app. I had the chicken enchilada chili and the honey bacon club sandwich and this is my combo here. Excellent. The drive through pick up was a little goofy per the parking lot signs but we survived and will eat there again I'm sure."

"Been wanting to check this new place out. Stopped in for lunch and ordered the Roasted Red Pepper Lobster Bisque, Pesto Chicken and Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. Bisque had great, pronounced lobster flavor which complimented the sweetness of the red pepper. Very rich and satisfying and a great vehicle for dunking sandwiches and the nice baguette roll included. My Brisket Sandwich had very smoky and tender beef with an excellent combination of Muenster and Smoked Gouda! Slice of tomato was a good touch. Pesto Chicken did have great flavor but, would have liked more pesto. Fresh, soft ciabatta rolls grilled like a panini. Super customer service when we had an issue. Very apologetic, friendly, and quickly corrected with a to-go sandwich. Nice ambiance and the entire area is open and allows lots of light in. Was very happy with the delicious dining experience. Oh, can't forget the chocolate-dipped strawberry that also comes with your order! Put Zuppas on your to do list. Little spendy however, the quality ingredients are well worth it! Well done! Will definitely be back."
