"Jeans smelled like mothballs. I recently purchased a pair of jeans at the Mall of America store. The store had a smell to it, but I was in a pinch and I wasn’t sure if it was another customer. Purchased my jeans and put them on because I needed them for an event that evening. After doing so I realized my jeans had the same smell, mothballs. I took them home washed them, no luck. Called the store - manager offered no acknowledgment, instead stated the smell most likely came from my house."

"I needed assistance on an item that I bought from the MOA location 5 months prior (the elastic band was sewn on improperly causing the waistband to roll down over time.) I called the store and Jess was extremely helpful and pleasant. She suggested that I brought in my item to get looked at in person. She helped my return the purchase and found a replacement for me. The service there today was awesome."

"Service experience varies. Similar to other posts, I've been in once and had to approach an employee to ask for help when they clearly noticed I was struggling to find my jean size. Then recently I worked with Jasmine and she helped resolve an issue I had with a pair of jeans while recommending two additional styles. Overall I've been satisfied with my purchases but store service can be lacking at times."
