"Horrible customer service. Sorry for the long post but this is a 2-1/2 month story! Dropped my welder off 2+ months ago. Was told it will be worked on within the week. 3 weeks later I called to check the status. 5 phone calls were unreturned. Finally talked to the tech a week later. He said he had been at a funeral and would get to it later in the week. 2 weeks later I called to check the status. Tech told me he had been working on another welder and it was first come first serve. Then he told me a part had been back ordered but it had just come in. Said he’d get to it within the week. 2 weeks later I called again. This time I spoke with the Assistant manager. At first he couldn’t even find my machine! Then he told me a part had been backordered! I told him I had been told 2 weeks ago it was backordered but the part was in. I asked him to find out how long the backorder would take and call me back. He never called me back. 5 days later I got call saying my machine was miraculously done. I asked the Assistant manager if I could just get 2 months added to my warranty since it was pretty clear the delay was their fault. He said he would look into it and let me know. When I picked my machine up he said the could sell me a 2 year extension to my warranty for somewhere between $75-200. He didn’t know how much it would be. It is clear that a small shop like mine means little to nothing to this company."

"Worst customer service I have ever seen. We did almost 35 minutes for some bullshit excuse. I would rather go out of my way to deal with good customer service and better prices then to sit here and wait while I see them with the thumb up there ass."
