"The food portion is disappointing. Some employees there make your food like its coming out of their paycheck and only sprinkle a little of each on your burrito or bowl but charge $12+, and that's just the minimum without a drink. Only way to get them to put a real amount in your bowl or burrito is to give them attitude like some customers I've seen do it. SMH"

"The staff are friendly and accommodating, but the food has not been as good as it has been in times past. The place was somewhat clean and orderly. The line gets long during lunch and dinner hours, I recommend ordering ahead unless you are okay with a 5-15 minute wait."

"Two ladies ahead of me took a long time as they order "extra" everything. By the time they were done I thought they'd end up paying at least a few dollars extra for each burrito but they didn't! They could eat lunch and dinner for the same price. Smart but selfish as they couldn't decide on the options and kept the rest of us waiting. Whatever. I love Chipotle food."

"Order online and food still was not ready when I arrived 15 minutes later. Staff of 6 was working so wasn't a staffing shorted. Staff paid more attentions to customer ordering at the counter than online order. My food was spicy level 100x and nasty when I finally got to eat it at home. To the staff at the store, please don't take it out on my food if you can't prepare it on time. I was patiently waiting for my food and didn't cause a scene, but you still made my experience and food nasty. NEVER AGAIN. Next time, I will visit Panda express next door instead!!!"
