Taco Bell

"About 9 months ago I purchased a black bean crunch wrap to go. After I biting into the wrap I realized there's beef inside it. I don't eat meat so I immediately spit it out. I was on my way back to work from my lunch break so there was no time to return to the store for another meal. Although I was disappointed I understood that mistakes happen. Fast forward to 03/21/24 around 2:30pm I purchased the same item to go only to have the same thing happened to me again. At that point I was beyond frustrated so I returned to the store and requested a refund. The cashier was extremely nice and apologetic, as well as the kitchen staff who made the error. What trigger me to write this review is the way the manager dealt with the situation. He said to the cashier, maybe in a joking manner, "is this what you called me up here for?" As he completed my refund I had to ask for my receipt back, which he gave back without saying a word. No "you're welcome," no apology, not even a coupon. I understand that we are in a time where good and consistent workers are hard to find but I don't know if this is just a bad coincidence or if improperly trained staff is the norm at this location. All I can say is they won't get my business again. Taco bell is one of my favorite fast food spots and I really hope improvements are made on the veggie cravings meal prep so I don't have to feel like I playing Russian Roulette when biting into a meal."

"My home Taco Bell. When I lived closer I was literally here every day at least once. Line can get long at peak hours or random late night rushes, but regardless it's always been good service and the food is always prepared better than most other taco bells out there. Always super friendly staff that go through a lot of work in a day as I've seen with lines wrapping around and out the lot. They deserve a medal I swear. When my car was broken I walked for 2 hours through several feet of snow on a windy day across railroad tracks to get my crunch wrap fix. Then I did it again the next morning for breakfast. Appreciate y'all over there."

"5 stars for a taco bell. This location and the one off 7 in Hopkins are reliable. If you ordered from here then went to, crystal or Plymouth and ordered the same thing you'd get a vastly different experience and quality. The people here just got it together."

"The drive-thru line was long but the workers were very fast so it wasn’t much of a bother. The employees were very friendly and accommodating, especially for a fast food joint. They even made sure I got the sauce I asked for when I got to the window."

"The person who took our order was very thorough and kind. We received plenty of sauces and napkins. It was a great experience. I also love their food. I usually get taco supremes and their filled donuts"
