"I have been trying to give this place some grace after having a few orders wrong and it was super busy, but now when it's continues to be wrong, and it's not super busy, my patience is done. Considering going to another location or not at all. I add one item to my order, paying extra, and it's not on it several times now. Or I ask to have one item removed and it's still in the salad. Very frustrating as it's all typed out for the orders, very plain to read for whoever is making my order, and it's just not done right. Please just read the order's sticker, it's not asking much. I know there are stressful orders at time, but when I'm adding ONE item or asking ONE to be taken off, come on."

"We did a takeout order last night for two salads, an açaí bowl and a smoothie. My husband and I got the same salad. His was fine but mine came with a completely old, brown avocado that still had the skin/top attached. I had to pick all the avocado out and throw it away. I would have expected better quality care for a crisp and green salad. :( The smoothie (date night) was also not super tasty and it was gritty. The açaí bowel was really yummy though and the girl who brought the food out was kind. Would not recommend takeout here, however, since you don’t know the quality you will get."

"The food is good, but the music is way to loud! It’s hard to order because the staff can’t hear you. Witnessed an older couple not being able to order because of the noise. Mostly music but also people trying to talk over the music. And what’s with 6 people helping you. Can’t I just get help and my salad without 6 people touching my food? I think the Chanhassen location does it much better."

"This is a walk up to the counter order with indoor seating. Service was terrible; the lady making the açaí bowls was busy and made the bowls promptly. I did the build your own salad and it was good. My daughters açaí bowl was hard like the açaí part of it was frozen. Will probably not come back."
