"After looking at them for what seemed like ages, we finally purchased an Aerus canister vacuum last fall. This was a big change for me as I had been a long time Dyson user, but found the dysons don’t really seem to last that long. No matter what they say. I love this vacuum cleaner. It does such a great job on our floors and isn’t as hard on them as the Dysons were. I really like the attachments, and the bags are easy to use and change. The bags seem to work better than the bagpess systems as well. We have an Aerus Laundry Pro that we absolutely love, and this vacuum cleaner performs just as well. Great customer service, too!"

"Terrible Customer Service. A man named Dick who claims to be the owner is the most abrudt, rude, inconsiderate salesman you will ever meet. A young salesman came out to my house and was very kind. Did not pressure me into buying a new machine like most of the other Electrolux Sales reps have done in the past and was very honest. I requested a Complete service overhaul on my machine, and the young salesman kindly obliged. After a week of waiting, I called the office simply to ask what was going on with my machine, a man named Dick answered, put me on hold, and then told me he would not service my machine or even replace worn out parts. because it was too old to service and my only option was to buy a brand new machine for $1500. This was APPALLING to me, seeing as my SALES CONTRACT says very clearly "Lifetime Service Guaranteed". I am 98 years old and moving into a assisted living facility within the next two years. It is absured to pay $1500 for a vacuum that I will get MAYBE six months of use out of. I love my 30 year old electrolux and all I wanted was a simple service like I was PROMISED with the purchase, not a high pressure sales pitch over the phone from a rude man who has no consideration for a customer who has owned an Electrolux for almost 60 YEARS!"
