"The customer service lady working this evening needs a little more training on what customer service is and the meaning behind it. When a customer comes in about a question about a purchase, she decides to rip the bag out of his hand, storms off, comes back and instead of nicely saying “unfortunately, you need to use your rewards for this certain purchase”, she rudely lets him know it’s not her problem that he didn’t see it said was a rewards purchase."

"Just left here (6:30 // 2/5/23) and was lectured by 3 different employees on how to function in a grocery store. First, my friend and I went to the hot food counter to make our own boxes for dinner. We were asked multiples times to use gloves, even after grabbing a set of gloves or a plastic covering for the meat & wearing both of them. We just kinda shrugged it off, as it looked as they were closing soon & had a day with people. Then, we go to the self checkout and my friend took the receipt and we were told by an employee to “not grab it that way” & to “not do that next time…as it ruins the receipt for the next person.” As far as I’m concerned, pretty sure the comment was made by the associate because she was having a bad day. Everybody just had attitudes. The only pleasant people here are the customers & the associates at Spire."

"Do not use for cakes. (Rogers Cub is amazing) They never showed me the cake- other places do and I didn’t realize until I got home and looked at it. We asked for a baseball themed cake with red white and blue colors. This looks like a farm cake quickly turned into a last minute cake for them (we ordered 3 days in advance). Super disappointed:("
