"Chipotle, who? These guys got an edge, like taste! I'll take pics sometime or not? I'd say just stay tight on sanitizing, your fountain pop counter, and trash areas..don't be like other places who ignore the cleanliness"

"Certainly a cut above the Chipotle and Qdoba in terms of food quality and staff friendliness. The portions are generous and everything was tasty. The store is very clean and bright. I did happen to go when it was not busy and so I do wonder how this model will hold up with more customers in the store as the process, at least for burritos, seems pretty slow and labor intensive."

"The place was clean and not busy walking in. Watched them press and grill the tortilla. Chicken, steak, pork, meats, and plant based meatless. Only lime white rice and black and pinto beans, and a bunch more fillers. Mild, medium, and (not so) hot sauces. Have to say that with having fewer ingredients and toppings than to say Chipotle's... Pancheros may be better in flavor. I was only going to eat half and ended up with nothing left. The quso was good, the chips lacking. If they would make the chips from the fresh tortillas, it would have been a perfect meal."

"Ordered online. Was on time to pick up my order, but waited 45 minutes for our order to be ready. The same car sat at the pick up window 30 of those minutes. When I finally flagged down an employee , for the 2nd time he swiped food off a counter into a bag, and it was cold. No apology, no "Thank you for waiting" just cold food, and an excuse. There were times no one was in line to place an order in store, and with 5 people bagging take out orders, I couldn't figure out where that food was going! Very disappointed in the wait, but more in the customer service. We were very excited to have a Pancheros in Maple Grove, but it would've been faster to have sit-down Mexican food down the street at El Rodeo."

"Love the clean bright new location. Burrito, tacos, bowls, and dilla options are straightforward. Plenty of parking in front and back, there’s also a drive thru for pickup orders. Superior to the other Mexican fast casual in the area - recommended."
