"My husband ordered a treadmill that was never delivered and they refuse to schedule the delivery. They have handled this in the most unprofessional way, and wasted so much of our time. I expect so much better for a two thousand dollar purchase. Avoid at all costs, especially if you have a big purchase. They charge your card and never deliver. They straight up lied so many times. We may end up having to dispute the charge with our credit card company if they keep lying and hanging up the phone on us."
