"Do your check over before you walk away from the acclaimed work with this shop. Owner made some sorry excuse about charging people for coolant flush, but just drain and fill for higher mileage vehicles. Never said anything to me about it and then mixed bad coolant with the oem coolant without permission. I specifically told them the coolant I want for the vehicle and they went over that to supposedly just put their own coolant in it. Expected me to be oblivious to this because the reservoir was dirty and none of the never opened coolant provided containers, were still unopened and never touched. I'm a gearhead that doesn't have every tool in my garage and never ever heard of high mileage coolant issues. It actually is recommended to do a thorough flush to avoid corrosion and coolant by pass into engine and other components because of the corrosion; ultimately leading to expensive engine repairs. Stay away if you expect honest work. Hardly any shop like that but do your diligent search. So if you want me to accept any apology or make it right, refund me for your dishonesty, Aaron."
