Rusty Taco Maple Grove

"First I was told they were slow/behind on orders so I went into this knowing that — to an extent — but this was much worse than anticipated. Placed an order online - Pick up said 6:23. When we got there at 6:30 they hadn’t even started our order. After 20 min of waiting they had to ask us our order again. After waiting another 20 min we finally got our food except the $3 up charge of steak on our quesadilla was missing. They did try to add a “free” bowl for our troubles which while we appreciate, we didn’t want. After all that, food was fine but not worth the ordeal we went through. Not sure if we’ll come here again."

"I went at 2:00 pm on a Monday. Google said "slower than usual" and it was, but it took a solid 13 mins to get my food. Ordered the nachos, 3 tacos and chicken tenders (for a kid). Not horribly long. The nachos were meh, but the tacos were amazing. I'd recommend the signature RUSTY TACO (#9) I think. The employees were super friendly and on it. The atmosphere was kind of a sleepy vibe. Good food, hope it does well."

"I stopped in for lunch to-go. Ordered 2 tacos, chips and side of guacamole. Everything was delicious. Simple ingredients, not over seasoned. The roasted pork taco was really good. I really like the chips. Crispy, just the right amount of salt and the guacamole was just as I prefer. Overall, very good."

"My first visit. Super nice guy greeted me at the door then took and cooked my order. Five stars for customer service! Unfortunately I was not impressed with our fish tacos. I love seafood and feel that it should be the star. However there was so much 'stuff' and sauce that the seafood was lost."

"Great tacos. Amazing queso (so addicting). Plenty of space to eat in (or out on their patio - or take away). Staff is friendly. Business is strong because the food is good. Sometimes the line to order can be long. But they do a good job of getting food out within 5 minutes or so. I love their Piccadillo taco (beef and onion) - I prefer it on flour tortillas as the default tortillas as tasty, but fall apart. Today I got their nachos with ground beef. It includes their amazing queso so it was excellent. But the portion was so generous I couldn’t finish it. It would be a great item to share with a friend and maybe add a taco to the order as well. Staff is friendly. Everything is cooked up in plain view while you wait. The place is clean with a welcoming vibe. I’ll be back."
