"Came in this morning 2/7/24 the staff greeted me with a smile & they were all so courteous even though they were finishing up on breakfast my food was made fresh & hot, I really appreciated that. Keep up the great customer service"

"I ended up getting home to see that I got the wrong item, shook it off and brought it back and nicely explained that it was wrong. Maybe I might of said the wrong number or maybe they couldn’t hear, I get it. It happens. But how I was treated, wasn’t okay. I was nice the whole experience, and understanding but just to get the whole opposite vibe from the worker. Personally not my best experience here, usually the workers are nicer than that but whoever was working tonight in the window, wasn’t a fan."

"I pull up to the drive thru, first thing employee says is “We don’t have any fries”: I reply, “Well that’s ok, I’ll take the #10 combo (spicy chicken sandwich) with a baked potato. He says “I don’t have any of those ready”. I reply “I can wait”. (No one is in front of me or behind me at the drive thru at that time). He says “well then I don’t have any of those either”. I reply “what are my choices for a side then?” He says “chili”. I reply “I’ll take a large chili. And a root beer to drink”. He says “pull ahead”. I’m getting the sense that he’s really excited to be there. I pull up to the window, get my food, at a stoplight 5 blocks away I discover no straw, no napkins, no spoon for the chili. Food was good. Service was abhorrent."

"I usually don't rate fast-food restaurants unless they have horrible food or service. It's been years since I've had Wendy's due to a bad experience at a different location. Taking my kids to a different store by our new house, I am definitely glad we gave them another shot. The Burgers were great and actually looked like the food pictured at the restaurant. A+ to the Maple Grove Wendy's!"
