"New, cleaner location. Smaller than Baltimore street location. Been ripped off several times by undertrained employees. Store owner still has not finished setting up phone service or feedback... Store employees are also too lazy to keep kids from messing around in the drive thru lanes. Edit: Spoke to the shift manager today and she did well to accomodate the issues we encountered earlier this week, as well as offer to elevate our concerns, and verify the store phone number is working."

"The layout of the building is not optimal which messes up the seating. There are too many walls, too many 2-person tables, no blinds on the windows, and no music like the other Culver’s in Blaine. That other Culver’s is a lot better, as they offer free coupons/meals when they get the order wrong, but here they don’t. This place seems to mess up a lot of orders, though it may be that they need more staff. However, it also seems like some of the ingredients themselves are lower quality such as the buns. I’m gonna tell John Culver to demolish this place and replace it with a parking lot!"

"Walleye is back, in Anoka! My sister and her husband joined my husband and me for the best walleye around last night! I'm glad I have some leftovers for lunch today!"

"We wanted to check out the new store as it is closer to our home. Very disappointed with our experience. When we arrived, there were at least 6 people at the cash registers but no one greeted us or seemed ready to take our order. We stood there for over 5 minutes before someone spoke up. When our food arrived, the fries and pretzel bites were both extremely burnt. We also ordered a bacon deluxe but received a basic hamburger instead. When we asked for fresh items, employees also did not acknowledge us for several minutes. We ordered custard before leaving, and again had to wait for employees. Several of them were going on break and we had to wait until they all ordered before us. I understand the store is new but there needs to be some serious re-training with the intent of customers come first."

"Theyre open and eager to serve. Friendly staff. Great fish (cod) sandwich meal. Chocolate shakes are thick and creamy. Nice job!"
