"My food was stall and the soda is flat and the inside of my taco is cold and it tasted gross. I highly recommend not going to taco johns and if you do, brink a different drink. They always get your order wrong and my soda was flat"

"Can't ever seem to get the order right. Most recently my wife and I used the app for drive thru pickup. The first told me to come inside to pick up the order then a second person came and told me to come through the drive thru. When I got to the window there was confusion and they claimed they didn't have an order, but magically they had the order. It ended up showing up. Made it home only to find out the order was wrong. My wife contacted the location only to be told the order was wrong on our end (it was not) and began taking an attitude. No help or offer was given to correct their mistake and we were directed to call the corporate number. We might live down the street from these guys, but I will. He definitely driving to other locations to avoid this Taco John's in the future. I'd advise you do the same"

"The building is nice. But the customer service is TERRIBLE! I’ve never had them get my order right here, and I’ve gotten food poisoning from this location. It’s super unfortunate because I love Taco John’s. Avoid this location at all costs!"

"Came in around noon on Sunday 11/26/23. Got overcharged for my food I had a free coupon and it never took it off was suppose to be $9 got charged $14. People were being rude to the poor cashier changing their minds last minute on coupons etc but what made this experience cringey and just sad is the manager or worker in the black head band. She was very rude and short with this young cashier. He asked her for help and she just scolded him and yelled at him What!!! I kid you not I felt sorry for the kid I thought he was going to cry the customers where nice to him but her leadership skills suck."

"Omnomnom!!! I love a good potato ole! Today, I sought out the Super Oles for some potato goodness! My ordering experience was quick and the food came out quickly as well. Good, classic flavor and I was pleased with the amount of meat in the dish. I also enjoyed the shredded cheese along with the nacho cheese."
