"Listen, the food is fine. Pretty much what you'd expect; but it's not even close to as good of quality as the one literally down the road. The wraps got pieces of chicken that are half the size of the shell. They've never gotten our order correct either, in the multiple times we've gone. Adding things we wanted off, forgetting things, whatever. The staff is nice, don't get me wrong, but thats the only good quality here. Just, go to the one down the road. The distance is worth it."

"We came through the drive thru 12/17 right before 9 pm and had great service. The dude at the window was super kind and the food was fresh. We had to wait just a little bit (5min max) and he was apologetic. Best service from a BK we had in a long time."

"If I could give this zero stars I would. In reading all of the reviews, I realize the manager here is extremely problematic. This past week I experienced the unsolicited wrath of this untrained, people-skills lacking, hateful manager. Trying to pick up an online order i paid for and came to pick up, was told that they already threw it away because it was a few minutes after they stopped serving breakfast. When I kindly asked her how to get my money back, she told me it wasn't her problem that I'd have to figure it out on the app. After telling her we would just have to order something else, then turning to my daughter to ask her what she wanted, out of nowhere this lady yells out "Just because you're mad you didn't get your breakfast doesn't mean you can give me attitude!" I told her I was literally just asking my daughter what she wanted and she was interrupting me. The long and the short of it is we ended up leaving and not ordering anything and the manager called me the B word! Burger King needs to deal with this woman who does NOT belong in the service industry, even if this a franchised location, it reflects on the corporation as a whole. And as one of the very few restaurants in this dying are, I don't think they can afford losing any more business. So disappointing."

"Worst BK I've ever seen. The Manager here needs to go. Filthiest bathroom I've seen in a restaurant. The cook/manager with pink hair was literally screaming at a customer for requesting no onions. Calling her every name in the book. I'll never return to this place. Rude employees. Front employee giving you your food has food smeared all over the front of him. For the price, nobody deserves this. Stay Away!"

"Would not recommend!!! Did a mobile order and they mentioned systems down but were able to pull order up thinking oh everything would be fresh but no!!!!! Patty melt had uncooked bread, whopper jr had broken meat patty and forgot bacon, my 7 year old took a bite of his crispy chicken sandwich and gagged because he said sauce was bad , got 2 large fries half filled and old! Will not be returning for sure!"
