"I go to this scooter's nearly every day. They push the app so hard, so I put all my gift cards on the app. I go today, spend 5 min ordering and at the end I'm told the scanner is down. I didn't have any other way to pay because all my credit card info/gift cards are on the app. So I left. A good manager would have given my 10 year old his drink for free, but instead they lose a daily customer for life. Very disappointed."

"I'm not saying I go out of my way, but I do check to see if there is a Scooter's along the way. With the high temperatures and high humidity in Minnesota, the strawberry mango Vertigo Smoothie has been my go-to. I always receive fast and friendly service. I love listening to their personal recommendations. It's always a pleasant experience. Yup, I love this place. This place is a must."
