"Customer service was wonderful. It's hard to get customer service anywhere now days. Awesome job Fix It Forward. They took good care of my vehicle. Was able to get it in and out in the same day. The only thing I could see that I thought could have been less expensive is the diagnostic and analysic scan. It would be worth a discount on that particular item, if the customer gets their vehicle repaired there I do realize that it costs the shop money to be able to scan customers vehicles. It just be a very nice perk for customers that do get their vehicle repaired at Fix It Forward. I definitely will go back to Fix It Forward."

They didn’t pressure or guilt trip me and were very understanding that moneys tight. Their honesty was greatly appreciated as I know nothing about cars and rely on those who do! Thank you for being so great!!! They were also very quick with getting the work done on my car, it only took about three hours from them starting the inspection to finishing my alignment, oil change, and wheel change along with the test drive and this is with the fact that they had to wait to hear back from me!"
