"By far, BEST lao papaya salad in area (Northtown Mall papaya just nasty), no longer need return to StPaul. Tip- eat ASAP after made or gets soggy loses crunch. Only complaint, spice level is hit or miss. Always order super spicy but sometimes just med spice. Banhmi good but too sweet for my liking. Boba a bit watered down from other places tried."
"I love coming here. The Lao style papaya salad is so good. I have been searching forever for a good papaya salad and I definitely recommend it! Their Tricolor is so yummy and their boba drinks are sweet! Great because I have a sweet tooth. Other places makes their boba really hard but they cook it perfectly! The steam rolls are yummy and the peanut sauce is the best. The owner is so cute and nice. I love her staff as everyone is so welcoming and patient."
"I got the butterfly pea tea lemon honey soda with jelly. It was a very pretty drink, at a very good price. The people working were very kind and the place was very clean. There was a flavor in the drink that I did not appreciate. It reminded me of durian, but it wasn't quite the same. There was also a lot of sugar settled at the bottom which was a very unsettling first sip. When I first saw it I had much higher hopes, but I truly could not get behind the drink. It may have just been what I got, but I did not appreciate the flavor profile."
"I love to support our local Hmong business. This was my second time there. In addition to the boba drinks, I also ordered the shrimp spring roll and the Thai style papaya salad with medium level spiciness. I was rather disappointed at the papaya salad. I tasted more of the juice from the tomatoes than the other ingredients. Not sure if they were stingy on the ingredients or just don't know how to make a good papaya salad. ( forgot to take picture.) Either way, it was not up to par with other ones that I've tasted around the twin cities. The Spring roll was just sad looking. Minimal ingredients. Sauce was ok. Just not what I'm use to. This review is not to put the business down but hopefully helps the business to improve. The boba tea was very sweet which I don't mind. They do have a lot of smoothie options to choose from. The staff was nice. The place was clean. We were the only ones there at the time. With improvements, I'm sure to be a regular customer."
