Subway

"Very slow and inefficient. Orders on the app, paid for it on the app as well. Said order was ready for pickup. Got there, old Oompa Loompa old lady said it’s not ready, told her the app said it was ready for pick up. I proceed to get in line with 5-7 customers already in line. Old lady working there was slow af!!!! Taking her precious time, no urgency and giving attitude like she doesn’t want to work…I was suppose to pick up at 4:15pm. Didn’t get out until 4:45pm. As I finally got my food, told them it was already paid for, they needed to check the receipt for proof, even though I had it on my phone. Oompa Loompa tells co-worker that I jump in line. Like how tf did I jump in for a supposedly online app order, which was not even ready, when it was suppose to be and I had to get in the back of line and order like everyone else there. Make that make sense!!!! I will never come back to this slow, inefficient subway ever again. Hire people who work fast. No wonder old people ger discriminated…."

"The ladies there where great and patient taking orders from my autistic children (teenage). They where very polite. We did also go when it wasn't busy."

"Never got served. Tried getting the attention of staff in back room but no one came out. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come out front to make food but no one came out. This was 1 hour prior to close. I've been here before and not had that issue, but I will say their service hasn't been stellar when I have been here. (Photo is from outside after I left. I went back to see if anyone was on the line and still no one was there.)"

"KALE DESERVES A HUGE RAISE. VERY PATIENT. LISTENS TO THE CUSTOMER. I WOULD HAVE BEEN A LIL UPSET IF I WERE HIM. I CAME AT 9:50PM & THEY CLOSE AT 10PM. BUT HE WASN'T. THANKS KALE FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE"

"I placed an order online. Stated it would be ready in 15 mins. 20 mins later, I walk in and they have not started my order. The only worker then disappears in the back for a few mins to prep some more veggies. All in all the service here is way way too slow and I will not be back."
