"It is always a delight when an unexpected level of attention and care is delivered by an associate with the role of sandwich artist. Cannot speak for all experiences, however, I was assisted in building a sub for purchase a few days ago and was blessed to have an exceptional flow of execution from the staff member. As the young man completed the sandwich and began to wrap up his work, I had to remind him of how wonderful it is to receive calm and confident service. To my surprise, we share a first name! I must be sure to deal out recognition where recognition is due! Keep up the great work out there Jordan!"

"I never give 5 stars bit the waitstaff was amazing made me laugh. But why were there so many people working the front? Food was good and fresh, the waitstaff made the atmosphere fun."

"They served me raw cookies and didn't give me the ones I ordered. The sub has paper stuck to it and is extra toasted for no reason. I now have to go and find food elsewhere when I thought my meal was made correctly. I also had to wait at the store for 20 minutes past the 7:20 estimated time. There was one person in front of me and nobody behind me.photos for reference. I can't make this up I'm pissed and with no manager on duty they can't do anything for me. Would love to know where the steak went on my steak and cheese sub also."

Show up today after placing an online order. Got rudely told, “next time call ahead to make sure we have certain things” Then went to grab my bags, which were ripped, sandwiches ended up all over the floor. Only 1 of the 2 girls working made an attempt to fix everything and was professional. Should’ve known after the last incident to go back to that location."
