"I live 2 city blocks from this store. I've lived here 3 years and can't make it home driving before my fries are cold and I've gotten stale bread 9 times today I received not 1 but 2 chicken sandwiches with pieces of bone in them I literally cracked a tooth. I grew up in St.Paul and that store does 10 times the business daily and has never screwed up a single order of mine. Unacceptable!!!"
"It's not just this McDonald's, but most of them that I visit. Feels like I'm part of an assembly line. Not too friendly. Most of the times the shake or ice cream machine is down. Most of the time, when there's an issue, most staff are quick to get upset. I used to like McDonald's, but the price just doesn't match the quality of food and service. The deals are not that great either. I will go out of the way to not eat there."
"This was the mcdonald's up in isanti,off 65.The manager was very polite,we went in. The food was the best I've ever had from McDonald's. And probably fifteen years , and that is no lie, The hamburger was cooked. I had it special ordered. The bun was fresh. The fries were fresh. The grease wasn't old? The pop was good. It wasn't watered down. I mean everything was perfect and I have and had mcdonald's That's been any good in the last how many years. We'll definitely be stopping there when we go back and forth up to mora."
"Ordered from this store via Door Dash and every time they mess up the Door dash order. I ordered a double quarter pounder and 2 large fries one for my co-worker and never got the second fry and the one i did receive wasnt even half full. You think if you pay 5 bucks for a large fry you can at least fill the damn thing. This store i always have problems with on door dash orders and nothing ever changes."
"Our cashier was amazing!! Very friendly, considering she has a cold, but she didn't let that get her down. I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich, and it was saturated!! Had to eat it with a fork because the bun kept falling apart. Don't get me wrong, I love extra sauce on my sandwiches mostly all the time, but when I'm driving.... Yeah makes it a bit difficult and had to wait til I got home. By then it was cold"
