"Absolutely terrible. There was nobody in the drive thru when we arrived. We ordered and had to wait 20 minutes and then they forget our wings and had to come back. Everybody in there was annoyed that we were back to get the other item of food that we paid for. Then I get the my food and there is onion and ketchup on there which I requested not. At the end of the day this cost almost $50 and I can't even go back in because then I'm the Karen who is just complaining. What's the point. Never coming back."

"This DQ is on my route to work. I stop by at least 3 times a week. I think I'm addicted. Food is always good and the employees are friendly and courteous. I'm so glad you guys don't shut down over the winter."

"Went to DQ to get a late snack for the family, when I ordered at the counter I had to pay extra for them incorrectly ringing up my order (I ordered a 2 chicken strip Ala cart and they rang up 2 single chicken strip Ala, thus I had to pay for dipping sauce and because the 2 chicken strip Ala is cheaper) the lady threw my recipt away after taking ages to count change. We then waited 15 minutes for our food (it was done for most of it). During our wait, people were on their phones and going back to work without washed hands. We requested to get our food bagged because it was sitting out and a guy came and started bagging our food ungloved. We requested nicely for them to glove themselves and they finished bagging my order but they left and never bagged my mom's order. We got upset and requested a manager and we were blatantly ignored repeatedly until a worker who wasn't up front told us that they do not have managers at the store. We then asked for a corporate number (to which we never got) and after a while the guy in the kitchen started telling his employees to bag our food. Finally we got our food and we found out they got my mom's order wrong (we were refunded for that) and we left after a 20 minute stop that should have lasted 5-8 minutes."

"Ordered 2 Chicken Strip Baskets, a Blizzard and Milk Shake. Took 20 minutes sitting at the pick up window before food came out. Both of the Chicken Baskets had only 3 pieces of Chicken, not the 4 or 6 that come with the meal. The Toast was also missing from both orders.we did not order the $7 Box, if we had we would of gotten a drink and a Sundae. No drinks were ordered, no sundaes were ordered. This isn't the first time we have had issues with this location. To bad, since it the closets one to us."
