"Pizza is good , the service is terrible. Everytime we order from this place with a set time we end up having to wait an extra 20 minutes or more from the pick up time. The employees stand in front talking the whole time we are there waiting, feeling uncomfortable as they look at us as if we are the problem."

"We've given them many chances to get it right. Wait 3 hours for your food. They won't answer the phone. Never have drivers available. We've switched to competitors. I think it's been almost a year since we ordered from them."

"Normally we are a fan of Marcos. We ordered 2 large pizzas for late night take out on Friday. We were the only order needing to be completed at that time (pickup for 10:25pm). The 2 employees working were in the front of the restaurant talking & as soon as one saw us pull in, he ran to go make our pizzas. He had less than 10 minutes before our order was due to be ready. Needless to say, he rushed making our pizzas. Crust was missing our requested toppers. Sauce & toppings stopped 2-3 inches from the crust. Most of the dough was pushed to the crust; the middle was paper thin & over cooked. We were quite disappointed."

"I ordered delivery for one large pizza and 6 boneless wings. I live within walking distance of the marcos. Its cold and snowy so i shouldnt have to walk after paying a $4 delivery fee. Spoke with their employees over three times on the phone. They told me they were "really busy". Meanwhile, i could go ahead and make another order for carryout with either a 10min time or delivery within 30min. On top of that our delivery driver was rude and in rush to throw our food at us. Literally looks like someone mangled our pizza. After nearly 2 hours of waiting and speaking with their employees over the phone 3 separate times i should've been able to just cancel my order. Last time i ever order delivery from this location. Wasted my entire night and food was cold and soggy by the time of its arrival. Beyond disappointed.."

"This place is an unmitigated catastrophe. My experience with them was nothing short of a disaster. I ordered food for an event feeding high school students and on the first occasion, they showed an astonishing level of incompetence by arriving 45 minutes late, without so much as a courtesy call to inform me. But it gets worse. On the second attempt, they had the nerve to call and request a delay in delivery time. I tried to explain that this was impossible due to the event's strict schedule and the fact that I was dealing with high school students. They managed to arrive on time, but what they brought was an absolute horror show. Every single box looked like it had been through a war zone. The question arises: Why did I subject myself to their incompetence a second time? Both orders were placed simultaneously and well in advance of the event. It was already set. I should have cancelled and ordered Dominos after the first debacle. This place is an absolute disgrace, and if I could, I'd give them a negative rating."
