"Unfortunately, my experience at this scooter coffee place has been consistently disappointing. I've ordered four times, and each time, my drink was made incorrectly. It's frustrating to not receive what I've paid for. I hope they can address this issue to improve their service."

"Terrible experience. Around 12pm 12/18 I ordered a drink, then the workers said “you are number _____ of the day and you won a prize” I was very excited and it made my day. As to my suprize, They said “you won a straw” Following that they did not realize the window was not closed and started laughing and making fun of me for being excited that I won a straw. Professionalism was not there and there needs to be a lesson about respect to their customers and how to deliver food and drinks with no games. Don’t hire immature children."

"Overall a good place, customer service is always good and the workers are always cheerful, but I noticed some days the coffee has no flavor. I usually get the semi fancy mochas or lattes and it’s sort of hit or miss. One day it will be very good and full of flavor and other days it tastes like water… I frequent this place and I figured it was just a little bug some days when the flavor isn’t all there but it’s been happening more recently."

"This is a newer drive thru coffee establishment in Brooklyn Park. Please note, it's drive thru only. Also, they offer an app, to place your order ahead of time, and that helps. But, you can order at the kiosk in the drive thru lane, too. I found it helpful to use the app to customize the order. I had an iced white mocha and it was way better than any iced drink I've had from that "dippy donut" place ;)"
