"The male with short blonde hair working at 3/19 in the evening was extremely rude. We ordered the cake in a cup and he refused to make it. He told us it’s too much work and we can just order the cake already made instead. We didn’t want a full cake. He said we will have to order something different. We have ordered the cake in a cup several times in the past from that location. He just was lazy and didn’t want to make it."

"What kind of dumb people do you have running this place? I wanted a chicken strip basket with a side of garlic parmesan sauce. it's literally a sauce and tossed combo basket with the sauce on the side And they said they couldn't do it. Are you kidding me? How dumb do you have To be to not know how to just not put the sauce on the tenders! I started to give your company a chance again but honestly this is so freaking dumb that I will never be back to your garbage hole of a restaurant."

"Typical somewhat dated dairy queen. Clean restaurant, staff was all very kind and welcoming. With one group ahead of us we did not have much of a wait to place our order or receive our food. We ordered a Flamethrower Burger, Mint Brownie and Reese's blizzards. The blizzards were good as expected, burger wasn't horrible, could just use a lot of improvement. Will definitely return and recommend. Plenty of parking available put front, Plenty of indoor seating."

"Two updates below: “Where’s the rest of my ice cream???” Are we doing this on purpose or does the evening shift think they’re doing people a favor by under filling these cups? And the fries low as well? I’m getting the vibe of ‘not paid enough to care’ and ‘management is getting stingier’ in regard to a lot at this Dairy Queen. Will update with pictures from every visit past this post. 4/5/23: ‘slightly’ more ice cream than last time, but still light… 11/10/23: ice cream was filled plenty satisfactory. Food was prepared to instructions and decently so. Honestly the ice cream was the whole reason I needed to come back here and amend this because finally this is meeting expectations again. Returning two stars back to this review. 1/12/24: and we’re back to wimpy fills on the ice cream. Guys- it’s 2024 and everything is expensive. I expect to get what I pay for. 2 stars removed."

"Updated- Most recent visit was complete disaster. There machines must not be working correctly. Completely melted blizzards were handed Over by ignorant staff. Ice cream Melted in the side of my car and all over the interior. I’ll not be back to this dump. It’s a shame because they were one good. No way these could have been turned upside down like the guarantee says!! I always got DQ when I'm in the area since we don't have many where we live. This one gets most of our business when we're here. Can't go wrong with a blizzard!"
