"I called this branch on Thursday, the 7th, to schedule a tire patch for a slow leak. Lady on the phone said to bring it in the following afternoon, Friday the 8th of December, any time before they closed. I gave the person on the phone all the needed details for the repair. She confirmed stating I could drop my car off the next day and said it would be ready Saturday morning, the following day, before noon. Person on the phone quoted me at 30 dollars. I go on the next day to drop my car off. Person at the counter, some short blonde lady, acted totally befuddled and said it would take 3 days to repair. I said a person on the phone told me it would be ready the following morning. She lied and said I must have reached their "call center down south." When I told her I called that store location, she then said "No one ever told you your car would be ready the next day." I ended up just leaving while she began to yell about how I was incorrect, insisting I listen to her. I should have known this would happen. The person on the phone was slurring when she was speaking and I doubt she had any idea what she was talking about. A dead give away of someone who wants to be paid but doesn't want to work. Best of luck. I would be very carful about going to this place. Try Discount Tire or anywhere else."
