"This place has someone who doesn't even know the services that the shop performs... He called me up at 8am Saturday and informed me that they don't do Uber/Lyft inspections so he was canceling my appointment for 11am.... then he called me an hour later to tell me what I already knew... turns out they do rideshare inspections and rescheduled me for 1pm.. it wasn't that easy for me 2 get there at 1pm so I was late.... this so called manager that didn't know his head from his u know what stood there and told me he could get me in tomorrow and so I walked out and I'm in the parking lot writing this very unimpressive review.. kinda sux because I have a very good friend that works there.. if I could give no stars I would... sorry man... I took some pics because I was out there a while and they are definitely not very busy.. hmmm.. Go figure..."

"Found a screw in my tire and needed help ASAP. They fixed the problem quickly, showed me the culprit, and gave me useful information about what to do in the future if this happens again. 10/10 service. Ramon called me in the morning to confirm my appointment and helped me when I arrived. Great staff that does efficient and effective work. Definitely recommend."

"I have gone to this Tires Plus on three occasions. Each time I have been well taken care of. Will at the front desk gave me professional and quality customer service. I have run retail stores, and this is not common. My tires are all good, installed well, and I am a happy customer."

"Pros: Extended business hours, convenient location, quick service, flexibility with walk-in appointments. Cons: Didn’t fix or even acknowledge one of the issues I came in for, which was easily fixed at another shop. The one issue they did fix, they replaced with another and asked for even more money to fix. I left with warning lights on my dashboard that I didn’t have coming in. I felt scammed."

"The customer service here is by far the worst I've had in any tire shop. I bought 4 tires just a few months ago and got a flat recently. It is beyond repair and I figured I would go back to tires plus to get the exact tire. Took my care there and found it had a problem with the axle and had to have it towed to a mechanic (the tire was not replaced). After speaking with a mechanic and sorting that out I figured I'd call them back as the mechanic was having a hard time finding my tire. Spoke to them twice on the phone to ask about the tire replacement and both times they were very rude and condescending. It's almost like paying customers are a burden to them. I will be looking for a different place to take my business to. There was one rep there who was nice the first time around for what that's worth. I believe the person who I spoke to who was rude is named Ben."
