Domino's Pizza 1113 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55403

"I’ve ordered from them before, I am about 7 blocks north of them. I placed an order tonight and two hours later they cancelled the order. Apparently they are not able to deliver to condo or apartments. The manager had nothing to say other than “that’s outside our delivery area” which is not true. I strongly recommend you order from someone else if you want to get your food. Otherwise you’ll wait all night and get cancelled on. Really poor service, the manager is incapable of handling the amount of orders they are receiving. Stay far from this location."

"i order from this dominoes pretty often… the past few times delivery took FOREVER. over an hour and a half. i get it, they’re busy! but, last time not only did i wait nearly 2 hours, my entire order was incorrect. the only remedy to this (without waiting on the phone for god knows how long) was a free medium 2 topping pizza. not really what i was looking for."

"This is our second time ordering, and we were even more disappointed this time. they either don’t read the instructions for the pizza, or they just don’t care. The first time we had very little green pepper on the pizza so this time we ordered a double topping of green pepper, we also ordered extra sauce. As you can see from the pictures, there are some pieces that barely even have a piece of green pepper. While the crust is good, there are areas of the pizza, not just the crust that have nothing on it at all. I’m not sure what the regular amount of sauce is, but this barely seems like any , and definitely not extra. The online order system asks you several times if you want extra cheese, which I did not. I guess by saying no to extra cheese I barely got any cheese at all. Tried to call to talk with someone to see if we could get it remade, but they don’t answer the phone as my husband witnessed while he was in the store picking up the pizza to avoid the five dollar delivery fee. The salad we ordered was decent and all the toppings seemed fresh. I mean the food is cheap, but why have all these options to choose from if you’re not going to make the pizza that way? We might try one more time because this place is so close and convenient but I will definitely take a look at the pizza before I pay and maybe ask for the “extra” sauce on the side so I can actually add it to the pizza."

"Ordered food, tipped beyond well due to cold, driver calls to say he's close. I thanked him for the heads up, and repeated what I had in the notes, repeated the door code to come up. He says he won't come up, asked if I have someone to send down.. I don't .. I just had surgery. He then refuses to deliver and informs me he's cancelling my order and hangs up on me... What kind of service is that?? Attempted to call the restaurant multiple times in the following hour to speak with management, no answer..."

"Can’t order here anymore! Prior order sat on a preparation counter 45 minutes before delivery. So I called in attempt to cancel in concern my garlic bread twists & Parmesan bites be cold. They said no worries we keep it heated even after out of oven. Stupid me I believed them. Guess what? On delivery my food cold & not fresh. I KNEW IT KNEW IT! So I paid $30-something for cold food. Month later hoping protocol or management would change? Again, stupid me to think that! But this time I didn’t fall for it after dispatcher told me delivery will be 2 hours late. At least dispatcher was honest. I declined saying “Cancel because I DON’T WANT A COLD ORDER!” So next time I want comfort food I guess I’ll just have to drive to McDonald’s. Domino’s on 1113 Hennepin Ave? You have lost my business."
