"Updated review. The food again is amazing, but the service was lacking this time. Will definitely return. The vibe is pretty cool, and the food is amazing! Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered the beef egg rolls, Pad Thai, and the Red Curry with beef. Those egg rolls are huge and have so much flavor. The Pad Thai was so good, but the Red Curry was the best! I ordered 5 on the spicy level, and it was perfect. The broth was sweet from the coconut milk and spicy. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, and the beef was tender. This is probably one of my top 3 Thai places in Minneapolis. I am a fan."
"If you’re in uptown, Amazing Thailand is most certainly worth a stop. They serve some of, if not THE best Thai food around. I’ve come to be a regular, and highly recommend the cracked chicken, papaya salad, and tom kha soup—although there’s really nothing on their menu you can go wrong with. The staff are kind, attentive, and friendly. The atmosphere is comfy and richly decorated. Whether you bring a date, a group, or order delivery—it’s fantastic and you won’t be disappointed either way."
"I had a craving for Thai food, and this location came very highly recommended. I enjoyed the lunch special of a spring roll and curry. The presentation was lovely, and the chicken in the curry was truly fantastic. It was a roasted and pulled chicken instead of the thinly sliced chicken that usually comes with curry. The curry wasn’t as creamy as I’m used to, but was still great tasting. I ate it all!"
