Papa Johns Pizza

"Absolutely horrible experience with this place. The pizza was ordered well done and was delivered looking like it was hit with a flamethrower for an extended period. When I called the store to bring this to their attention, the guy became argumentative and seemed personally offended. Horrible place"

"We ordered carry out and the pizzas were very good. They also gave us a couple extra garlic sauces which I appreciated. I can’t speak for delivery since we did carry out."

"the MANAGER hung up on my partner 3x when we called politely asking for an update on the replacement pizza because the first time it was 35 minutes late and cold. The manager snapped at him saying we would get "a credit to our account" but would offer no proof in an email."

"Papa John's is still probably the leader in taste amongst the big box chains of Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Toppers. The pizza was cooked well. Toppings were appropriately generous and the pizza was done within 10-15 minutes for pick up. Staff was alone as it was only one single person doing everything. I wouldn't say too much in the negative aspect. Though I still consider other places outside of the big box chains."

"I ordered meat pizza it arrived extremely cold the crust was hard, it was inedible. I reached out to the store to speak to management the lady who answered the phone right away started to being rude to me after I said that my pizza was cold I would like it re made she proceeded to in a loudly rude voice tone since you claim that your food is overcooked and cold and that you won't be eating it I expect a full untouched pizza return to me and then hung up on me please keep in mind that I have been a customer to this establishment for well over 3 years now and I really used to enjoy ordering from this establishment and the customer service that I would get would always be outstanding however after this incident tonight I'm sad to say that I will not be a returning customer any longer the fact that the way that I was treated and the professionalism of this establishment the way is gone over the last few months I don't think I'll be returning any longer I had even tried to reach back out to the store to tell them that I do not want the pizza to be recent out to me that I would just like to have a refund after the way I was traded but when I try to reach out to the store I can add to the person hung up on me they proceeded to pick up the phone and continue to hang up on me so this a heads up to anyone that may be thinking about ordering from this establishment I would truly advise you not to you"
