"I ordered a half nebula and soup online. Last time the bacon came uncooked, seems like it's raw! So I asked for it to be cooked this time. They definitely did not pay any mind to my special instructions. They did not give me extra tomato that I also asked for. Why even ask for something specific?"

"I ordered the new nebula sandwich, got home, unwrapped my sub only to find a Buffalo chicken sandwich (nowhere close to a nebula). Went back, they immediately remade the sub, got home and again a buffalo chicken sandwich. I guess shame on me for thinking my sub was remade correctly the second time. I hate that you can't see them making the subs. Went back a third time. The managers face was priceless when I told him my sub is still a buffalo chicken sandwich. Received a full refund and my soup was good thats why they get one star."

"Only ordered a Goliath. Thought it was good. I have no complaints with it. I asked to have it with no mayo. It was made fine. Definitely on the pricey side. One *smallish* Goliath sandwhich was almost $13. I'd still probably be back at some point to get another. I'm glad Big Lake finally got another food place."

"Worst experience ever! I hate writing bad reviews, I know the store is new BUT c'mon!!! We've never had Erbert and Gerberts so we decided to see what it's like. Like everyone else, we stood around for 20 minutes waiting for our food. The girls behind the counter didn't even look like they wanted to be there. We ordered 2 sandwiches, the "hot" brisket, bacon, cheddar and BBQ sauce Beacon and a half Spartan which is supposed to have sliced chicken breast, bacon cheddar and ranch and made that one a box combo with chili and chips. THERE WAS ESSENTIALLY NO CHICKEN. (See pic) They sent us out the door with that sandwich!?! And if a sandwich description boasts BBQ sauce, there needs to be more than just a smear at best. Also, that chili was disgusting.We went to our car to eat because we were so hungry, by then, and were extremely disappointed and still hungry. We went back to complain and were told they were running out of ingredients. Why weren't we told in the beginning??? Could have ordered something else or not wasted our $$$!! We had our receipt and asked for our money back and were told to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager because they couldn't find our order in the system (this was Wednesday)Went back yesterday, no manager. Left my name and number and Friday has now passed without a call. This location has ruined it for an entire chain"
