"Employees were all standing against the wall on their phones and didn’t really greet anybody. They lost my order just for the ticket to be sitting on the counter. Normally I wouldn’t care too much but after this I also received 15% coffee and 85% ice from ‘Nolan’. Please train your employees better."

"Such a clean and friendly environment. Food and drinks is always the perfect temp in my experience! Also Absolutely love the Christmas decorations it makes the atmosphere so great! I love to see all the hard working employees!"

"The coffee is good, but the employees consistently work like it's their very first day at a job. Place mine over an hour in advanced every single time, one drink and one bagel, and yet by the time I get there a little past my set time and say I have a pickup they've *just* started working on them and I have to wait another 5-10 minutes for the order I submitted well over an hour ago."

"I’ve given this location so many chances. The wait time is really bad. I put in a mobile order at 6:03 pm, and in total with one car ahead of me it took over 20 minutes. When I got to the drive through window, no one came to the window for over 5 minutes (no guests inside, no one else in line), really awkward and lacking in simple customer service. Someone then came to the window, confirmed I was the mobile order (only car there), then left again. Then handed me the wraps, missing one, and missing the whole box of donuts. It was clear there’s no last minute checking of the orders. I have yet to ever receive my order correctly from this location, and usually I don’t realize it until after I’ve driven away. This is just a really poorly run shop unfortunately. Checking orders should be the bare minimum, especially when ordered 25 minutes in advance online."

"The ladies inside where the most patient and nicest people. After some hard customers they where still positive and kind to us. Sarah, the manager was kind enough to give us free donuts which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Ladies, it helped me and my friends to set us up for a great evening!"
