"Just went through drive-thru on 12/3 at 10:30. I ordered a coffee and coffee cake. Employee asked if I wanted my coffee cake warmed up. I said no. My only ask was for 8-10 ice cubes in my coffee. I got the coffee. However there was no ice. It was too hot to even sip. Also, even more disappointing was the coffee cake was hot. If it was only the ice thing I’d thought nothing of it. But the hot coffee cake when I told the employee not to was extremely disappointing"

"I went through the drive thru today and got home to see my bagel was completely burnt. That's sad a worker thought that was okay to give someone. You would have literally saw it when you were putting on the cream cheese. If this was a restaurant there's so no way they would send that out."
