Domino's Pizza 232 West 1st Street, Waconia, MN 55387

"I ordered a pan pizza. Once I got home to eat the pizza the crust was raw. We contacted the store to have them make a new one or to refund the amount for the pizza. They said they are unable to refund and to contact a 800 number which is not corporate dominos. They said they would have to contact the manager to get the right number but I have not heard back from them yet. They stated they can make a new pizza but will charge me again for a new one."

"I ordered extra cheese. There is no extra cheese on my pizza. It is cut very poorly. Have two slices of pizza without cheese on them just pretty much sauce and dough. Not sure how that happened. But the order was 3135"

"Edit: it’s been months. Not one contact from anybody at the local dominos or even the corporate office! I think I can safely say - they just don’t care! Nope, not even a little! Guess what - I have also not been back to the Waconia Dominos since this incident. Edit: It’s been 5 days since leaving this negative feedback and I also complained to corporate - why am I not surprised that both corporate and the local owner have not responded at all! Not a word. Not a “I am sorry you had a bad experience”. That translates to me to be that they just don’t care! I am not looking for free food or even a refund - I want them to act like they care! So - Waconia Dominos Owner : do you care even a little about your customers? I hit the button to pick up hassle free when I arrived, I hit the button. Walked inside and my food was not even done. I had to say my name 3 times, he touched my pizza order twice and still could “not find it”. Part of my $80 plus order was 2 marinara sauces, at $1 each. I asked where my marina sauce was, he said - no, you didn’t order any. I asked him to look at the receipt - “oops, I guess you did order them” The guy says - I have only been back for two days and they changed the computer system. Typical for this Dominos location - poor excuses, poor timing for pizza, and they won’t provide the “non-oven” unless you demand they review the receipt to see you paid! The question now is - does the owner care enough to respond? Not sure why I even keep getting pizza from this location!"

"The last four or five times we have ordered from our local Domino’s in Waconia, the pizza has not been fully cooked. Buffalo wings were not even fully coated. Sometimes we don’t even get the correct order. Very disappointed, I love Domino’s Pizza however, this place needs a staff change. I don’t know how accurate the app is, but it always seems to be when the quality control check is done by Abigail."
