"Pretty disappointed that the service tech said they took care of the anoying squeaking seat and that they test drove it after to see that the problem was fixed when infact it was not fixed at all. As Soon as I started driving I could tell nothing had changed. Don't tell me it's fixed when it is not. Now i have to go back for another appointment and take more time out of my day. Also my initial phone call to set up an appointment went very poorly. Communication wasn't great at all and the woman couldn't find me an open time slot for an oil change for weeks out . Later I called again and they were like o we have plenty of openings at that time. The One guy Nicholas I worked with who checked me in Did a great Job. I'm always very happy to work with him."
"It’s impressive how terrible these guys are at every step of the this process. I purchased a used car from Morrie’s under the pretense of them fixing a crack in the bumper and a dent above the drivers side wheel well. I called them trying to schedule the appointment to have them tell me “oh we don’t do body work”. Eventually after almost 3 weeks of me having the car they set the appointment. I was scheduled at 7 am to have Alejandro tell me he doesn’t know anything about the service work and wouldn’t check me in unless I had the invoice when I purchased the car. I then had to drive all the way home because Morrie’s can’t access documents. I got checked in finally just before 8 am. I left my car for 4 days and when I went to pick it up they had pushed in the lower bumper reflector. I brought this to their attention and they told me I had to “talk to Dave”"
"All I can say is exceptional service all around! I’m an Average Joe, bought a beautiful used vehicle from Morrie’s and had questions regarding a small issue I had, they got me into Service ASAP! Less than an hour later being explained an easy remedy to my issue by an Experienced mechanic I felt not only was my problem minor, that also I had made the right choice buying from Morrie’s!! "I had two salesmen that helped me with my final selection: Kyle and Jacob. They were both knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. They helped me via phone and in person; working with me over the course of a week until I made my final decision. They were both on time for appointments and always willing to show me whatever vehicle I was interested in. Jacob spent one cold Martin Luther King Day pulling up car after car under the protective carport so that I wouldn’t be uncomfortable with the cold. Both gentlemen went beyond the call of duty answering questions, and spending time with me. Kyle stood inside the showroom managing the remote unlock so that I could “go back and forth” between two vehicles to make up my mind-not many salesmen would be willing to do that. Front desk staff are also friendly and welcoming. Barb greeted me by name and was just as excited as I was when I purchased my vehicle. Kudos to you for having an amazing team!"
