"I come to you because of the way your company treats me. I bought my car from a different dealership but I don’t like or trust the way the service department treats me so I will continue to have my car serviced by Eden Prairie Nissan. Kate is wonderful and was very accommodating along with when she wasn’t there, set me up with Justin who was just as wonderful. I need some help with a few light disability issues, and they are so willing to help me with beautiful smiles and attitudes. And they just willingly accommodated my needs!! I love how your service department explains and performs It’s service. Thank you so much, Gwen Matthews :)"
"Everyone here seems so rude. They seem angry whenever you ask for help with the EV charger , yet demand you get managements permission to unplug a fully charged car? It is common EV etiquette to not leave your car on a charger past 80% unattended, And that it is acceptable for someone to unplug a fully charged car in order to use the charger. Also if someone is waiting generally you only charge up to 80% and move on so that other people can use it. I understand that they’re not gonna have someone sit in the car while it’s charging, but you would think that they would be monitoring it from inside as they would expect me to do. I think it’s pretty irresponsible to just leave the car on the charger indefinitely and not come and check on it, then to expect your customers to come in and flag down management and then stand around waiting for them to come and unplug the car themselves is a bit ridiculous and seems like an ego trip. It’s irresponsible and rude to the community of EV drivers who are your customers. When I bought a Nissan, this charger was supposed to be free, Now I have to pay for it - that’s not so bad if the management wasn’t so rude about it when you need help. I got my car serviced here a couple times and they acted like I was dumb for trying to check in before just driving my car into the service bay. I’ve spoken to people at the front desk the service guys and the ladies who sit behind the service counter, and everybody was kind of standoffish and not very friendly. I’m not sure if it’s something about my appearance, Or they’re just mad that people actually buy their EVs and use the charger but I have never had a friendly experience at this dealership since buying my Nissan years ago."
"Safi was phenomenal since we walked in to the dealer. He is very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and above all patient. He made the buying process very easy, calm, fun and exciting. His attentiveness is truly appreciated. My husband and I both feel ecstatic about our new purchase. He does his work with amazing pride, with such loyalty and fidelity in delivering the best customer experience and needs. We shared good laughs along the way. I hope supervisors and management know they have a gem in their organization, send him a great bonus this year!"
"Wonderful staff, wonderful lounge to wait in. Everything was explained very well up front. No high pressure sales on needed services, which I appreciate after getting bad news (need new brakes). Wonderful experience all around! Great Kids area too, I loved the fish tank!"
"(Updating my review from 1 star to 4) I took my car in for minor maintenance on a Saturday. I had scheduled an appointment in advance for about 3pm, but didn't get out of the shop until 5. The next day, I noticed scratches all over the trunk of my vehicle. I spoke with the manager Shannon, who refused to take responsibility for the damage (I had spent over $1000 on maintenance and tires), and blamed it on me. After a few days I was able to speak with the GM Dan, and explained my situation. He agreed it should be fixed. I worked with Shane, the sales manager, and he got me set up in a rental vehicle for a day while their team made repairs. Thank you to both Dan and Shane for assisting me with this. I'm disappointed in the way the situation was handled by the service manager initially, but very glad it got resolved."
