"Quick and easy. I had a coupon but the worker "had a better one" which was pretty cool. When I pulled up they knew one vehicle would be done before the other so they had me move to the other bay so they could serve me faster. That was nice as they didn't let someone else show up and be served before me. Have had a number of good experiences here."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. These guys did not reattach my skid plate, and it came off at 70 mph on the highway tonight on top of the fact that they put an extra quart of oil in my vehicle which blew a seal. Unbelievable. DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"I work next door at SportClips. Last night my check engine light came on but was running fine. Today I was leaving work for the day and my car wouldn't start. I walked over to Valvoline to ask for help. This young gentleman (said he was in military for 2 year, can't remember his name) walked over to jump my car. Then invited for me to come up so they could pull up any codes. I kind of figured it was my battery and nothing serious and sure enough my battery juice was low. They crew was able to get a new battery installed for me in less than a half hour. I couldn't be more thankful for all of the crew that work here. They have always done a fantastic job and are very efficient. I was worried I wouldn't make it home as I live in Hutchinson. I was so happy and relieved to not spend a ton of money and I asked to give him a hug, to which he gladly accepted. Thank you again!"

"Went in with a battery Issue. They tested it and found it was bad. It was purchased there and was under warranty. The employee started the process of replacing it, then the guy who I think is the manager just started arguing with me. He was rude and argumentative for no reason. They replaced the battery and everything is fine now. Weird experience though."

"Never Again! Brought a trouble free vehicle into them for a simple oil change. First thing that should have told there was going to be trouble was when my wife noticed as I pulled into the driveway that the deflector plate was torn and hanging down. We were headed out on a trip and came home to car that for three years had been trouble free that not only was 'dead' but unable to charge or jump. The way it acts on the charger, I am guessing that someone messed up the chassis ground. Will be getting towed to the dealer. This car in the past has been left weeks on end parked in Winter without any difficulties the only people to have touched this vehicle was this shop and a week later it won't run. It had been driven straight home from the oil change and parked. NEVER AGAIN and if any damage to wiring is found Valvoline will have a court claim against them. Update 10/7 - car has developed consistent oil LEAK and deflector shield detached from vehicle while en-route to the dealership causing a highway hazard for the vehicle behind me. Service department at dealership said the deflector we likely never reinstalled or permanently damaged and oil drain cross threaded and damaged. Sending me a 1-800 number that puts you on permanent hold is NO response or support at all. Bottom line take your vehicle to these amateurs only if you want to incur hundreds more in repairs on a vehicle that previously functioned just fine."
