"To my understanding, this company partnered with Great West Auto Transport. I am unsure whose responsibility this is but my overall experience with transporting my vehicle was complicated and unpleasant. Initially, my car was supposed to be picked up on Tuesday but was pushed back to a Wednesday. I had mentioned that I was leaving the state soon but they kept postponing the pick up. From 11am, to 2pm, to 5pm, and ended up coming at 8pm. I was hoping the drop off would be better, but it was worse. There was NO communication at all coming from their end, which gave me anxiety not knowing where my car was located. Initially, I was told that the car would arrive on Saturday, then it was postponed to Monday, then to Wednesday. I called them on Thursday and they said they were no longer able to drop it off door-to-door at my drop off location. The driver asked me to take an Uber and meet him somewhere 30 minutes away. I asked him if he could come to the drop off location I gave him, and he said, he MIGHT be able to tomorrow. Anxious of not receiving my car, I ended up taking the Uber to find him. This overall experience was very unpleasant. I DO NOT recommend this service if you want to save yourself from anxiety."

"I rated this company base on poor customer service. You need to do better.My vehicle was dispatch to this company by a Broker company Montway Auto Transport My experience was unsatisfactory. These brokers tell customers whatever just to get money. I have my vehicle (Thank God)but the process of the whole service was poor. Communication, paper worker, Soon as the broker company take thier percentage of the service charge they feel they are not responsible after that. This company that took my order have poor reviews on BBB rated D-"

"This company transported my car from Minnesota to Utah. They failed to deliver it by the scheduled date 2 different times. It took 2 weeks for it to arrive, when it arrived the driver had gotten grease on the drivers door panel and scuff marks on the interior door panel, this is unacceptable when delivering a brand new vehicle. They have very poor communication and the employees were rude when i called into them to get updates on the status of the vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend using this carrier ever again."
