"My fiance and I went and over all had a bad experience. I want to start off by saying it was dead maybe 20 or so people. I ordered an app in the hopes it would come before the rest of our food it didn't. When I did get my food it had a hair in it they did end up remaking it but didn't offer any type of compensation for it and only said that it was the second time that night.They only gave us 2 out of the 3 drinks we ordered and I had to ask again for our 3rd drink and no one came to our table to offer refilles without being asked. When we got out bill and paid the assumed that we wouldn't want our change which was $13.95 only ended up give us the $13. Over all wasn't worth going and won't be returning to that location."

"I was really let down by my recent visit here. The moment we walked in, the welcome (or lack thereof) from the hostess immediately set a negative tone. It was surprising and disappointing, especially since the place wasn’t busy and seemed well-staffed. Our server, unfortunately, wasn’t much better, being hard to find most of the evening. Even when our orders were taken, it felt like we were more of an afterthought. The food didn’t quite hit the mark either; my wings were underwhelming with hardly any sauce, and my request for wedges was somehow translated to fries. We also missed out on the simple pleasure of a drink refill throughout our meal, which might seem minor but speaks volumes about attentiveness. The wait for payment to be processed after we’d finished eating just added to the frustration, stretching out what was already a less-than-ideal evening. This was by far not the standard I’ve come to expect from Buffalo Wild Wings, and while I’m not one to complain, I feel it’s fair to share that this experience was a miss. If you’re looking for a more reliable and enjoyable visit, I’d suggest heading over to the Louise location instead."

"BWW food is always outstanding. I was really impressed by the service. Our party was there for over 3 hours to watch a football game. The staff was engaged and prompt the entire time. In addition, my wife left her debit card by accident. When she returned a few days later to pick it up, our server remembered her and greeted her with enthusiasm."

"Update: Still flys bothering us this most recent visit. Service and food was good. We have been here a couple of times and both were decent experiences. First visit was 5 star second was 3 star (for an average of 4). The most recent visit they didn't have a hostess and we waited 5 minutes to be seated. There were flys bugging us most of the visit. The French fries they served were from the bottom remnants. Our waitress did a nice job."

"This place is in a decent location. The outside looks pretty nice but that’s the only good things you will read about my experience. One of my spicy garlic wings had a piece of long white glue on it. I added a picture of the wing with glue on it to this review that was disgusting. Also every time I order from this location I get super cold wings. Chicken is a meat you don’t want to undercook or let it sit out too long come on that is common sense. I don’t know why they can’t seem to give you warm wings but they don’t. Sometimes they don’t put enough sauce on the wings and other times they drown the wings with sauce. The staff here are not the friendliest from my experience. It is usually a 40+ minute wait to get your food even when the place is dead which is most of the time. I do not recommend this location and I most likely will not be back."
