"It was really busy and just two women was working,with all said they were polite and friendly trying to serve everyone in the store."

"Staff friendly enough. Forgot coupons and phone at home and they didn't have anything in the store to make up for MY blunder. They have a tipping screen at the end of the transaction. I don't want to not tip, but tipping makes them the price of Jimmy John's which is honestly a lot better. I'm glad we had one last hurrah here because the kids wanted to eat some sooubway (being odd1sout fans) and try James' favorite sub, but I doubt we will return. I'd rather have the people who work there be paid better wages than have tipping. I say that uniformly for all careers and jobs, but I can recognize the extra work certain service industries do and I feel like subway shouldn't have to lean on the customer to tip so they can make their money"
