"Great customer service from everyone, especially Michael and Liz! They all went above and beyond when my overtired self spilled an entire venti drink all over the counter. They quickly remade the drink for me, no charge, and even sent me home with an extra little treat!"

"Ordered a grande Strawberry Açaí Refresher with lemonade via the app. I arrived got my drink and left. By the time I took a drink I realized they FORGOT to put in lemonade… They made the menu item to list lemonade in the name so I do not understand how they missed such a vital ingredient to the drink. They had 0 cars in the drive through and only about 6 customers in the store with their drink already so I wouldn’t classify them as busy enough to make such a silly mistake. Will not continue to go to this location."

"Went through the drive thru around 12:50PM today. The barista that took my order was very rude. When I ordered my drink, she laughed and me and repeated my order to another barista who also laughed loud enough for me to hear through the intercom. I had ordered a simple Venti Iced Chai with Cold Foam. Don't know what was so funny about that. The barista then proceeded to repeat my order back to me in a very snarky tone. Once I drove up to the window, I sat in my car for a good 3 minutes before she opened the window to take my payment. I was never greeted or told my order total, she just scanned my phone. When I was handed my drink, the barista didn't say anything, just handed me my drink and shut the window. Will not be returning to the Cliff location!"

"They run out of seasonal ingredients quite literally multiple times per week. And not just 1, all of it. Like you know those are in demand, when it’s happening weekly, you have an inventory process problem."

"Today, I was told by the Starbucks worker she "didn't have time" when I asked for a pup cup. Thought it was quite rude, as there wasn't many cars in the line. I wouldn't recommend stopping at the cliff location, unless you want disrespect and average made drinks. I needed a reason not to go anymore, and this lady gave me one.
