Little Caesars Pizza

"My son ordered. I picked up the order. I picked up everything in the portal and then discovered when I got home, 1/2 hour out in the country, that we were 2 pizzas short on our order. Not sure who was responsible for the snafu but the result was paying for two stuffed crust pizzas we didn't receive. At that point, too far and too long to drive back into town."

"Ordered online for pick up. Get her on scheduled time and still have to wait 30 minutes longer. While waiting seen them turn away at leases 10 people. You would think on a Friday night homecoming for Harrisburg they would be a bit more prepared."

"So i’m not usually this kind of person, but today was awful when i went into this pizza place. they had the music so loud the cashier couldn’t even hear us, and they missed a pizza we ordered so we had to reorder and pay again. they were eating food in the back while people were there, and that’s not at all okay, kinda gross to be honest! also there was a kid brushing his hair in the back like come on now, wait til you get home no one wants hair in their food! i’m disappointed in this place, and really hope they are able to fix the staff and management, so no one has to go through what i did today."

"OK, so I went there tonight expecting to pick up a pizza that my wife had called in. It turns out that she called it into a different location. Anyway, the guy at the counter was so friendly and understanding. He gave me my pizza, called the other location that had actually prepared our pizza and then refused to accept a tip. I do not know who this guy is, but please give them your business"

"Tried to call to order the pizza ahead of time to pick up when I got there. No one answered. And when I got there some associates were doing there job others were just standing around talking to each other. On top of that ordered a pretzel pizza and get back to work. And they gave me wrong crust. That wasn't pretzel. Pizza tasted nasty"
