"The worst, EVER MEAN EVER"
"Got an oil change done here, their mechanics didn’t even check to make sure the old O-ring was off where the oil filter seals to the motor before installing the new one. It was a significant leak as it lost a quart of oil fairly quickly. I wouldn’t trust them for actual mechanic service. Service rep was very rude and didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience or anything of having to bring it back. Had I not caught it, I wonder how they would’ve treated us if the motor had seized up. Disappointed."
